Is it a one-time payment?
Yes, it’s a one-time payment and the license will last you forever. With the Basic and Pro licenses the scan counter will reset every month automatically.
Can I use on multiple smartphones?
Yes, you can install the app on as many smartphones you want, the only limit is the number of devices connected at the same time.
Can I use it to different computers?
Each server instance requires a license. If you buy more licenses you’ll get a price reduction. Add to Cart more items to calculate the discount.
Can I upgrade later to another license type?
Yes, Contact us writing your order reference number so that we can provide a link to pay only the price difference.
Can I transfer the license to another computer?
The license is tied to the computer where you activate it.
If you want, you can move a license from a computer to another by first deactivating it from the previous computer.
