Can I use a license that I’ve already bought?
Yes, the license is required to activate every instance of Barcode to PC server, and can be used in combination with a customized app.
How many smartphones does the Customization Service include?
You can install the customized app on as many smartphones as you want.
Server limits still apply, see the Pricing page.
Can the app be published in the Play Store?
No, you’ll receive an APK file for your internal use only.
Will I receive updates?
Updates are regularly published to the Play Store, and won’t include your customization.
If you update the app using the Play Store, you’ll lose your customization.
For this reason, unless you need new features, it’s suggested to disable the automatic updates on both server and app side.
How do I install the customized app?
You’ll receive an APK file. You can install it by first transferring the file to the smartphone, for example using a USB cable, and then opening it.
What’s the order processing time?
The Customization Service is fulfilled within 7 days.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We guarantee a free-of-charge review within 30 days from the order date. Contact us here and write your Order reference number to get assistance.
