I’ve been using Barcode to PC for several years to simplify data entry for IT assets. I don’t do it often enough to require a dedicated device and software solution, and this software has proven to be one of the most cost effective and time-saving tools I’ve found where I’m not bloated down with ads and other data access concerns. Combined with its ability to write directly into whatever application you’re entering the data into, this is my go-to tool whenever I’m adding a new IT asset to our databases and want to be sure I don’t have typos.
