Upgrade a license

You can upgrade your existing license by paying only the price difference.

Please email us at [email protected] mentioning what license you want and one of the following information:

  • Order Reference number

    Example: BARCODETOPC221231-1200-XXXXX (You should have received it by e-mail from this address: [email protected])

  • OR the e-mail address used for the order
  • OR the activation serial number

Reset a license key

Did you lose access to your computer and need to activate the license again?

Please email us at [email protected] mentioning at least one of the following information:

  • Order Reference number

    Example: BARCODETOPC221231-1200-XXXXX (You should have received it by e-mail from this address: [email protected])

  • OR the e-mail address used for the order
  • OR the activation serial number

Request a refund

To request a refund, send an email at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase, mentioning the following information:

  • Order Reference number

    Example: BARCODETOPC221231-1200-XXXXX

    You should have received it by e-mail from this address: [email protected]
    If you don’t find it, send the e-mail address that you used for the order.

  • Refund reason

    Feedback is always appreciated, if you can, include screenshots and files

Tax or VAT/GST Refund

If you haven’t placed your order yet see how to Set Up a Tax-Exempt Order.

If you’ve already placed an order, but you didn’t include your VAT/GST number, and thus the order has already been processed as non-tax-exempt, you can still request a tax refund.
